Although I have presented writing for wellbeing as separate to writing coaching, very often I find that the two overlap. It could be that you are using writing to express emotions or memories you havent been able to express before and you aren’t bothered whether your writing could be “better”. That’s fine. I also know people who after the initial relief of getting things otu of their head and onto the page then want to work on it to make it stand on its own merits as a piece of writing. And that is fine too.
